Chris purchased Knight in 2009 as a long string of speeding tickets forced him to get something that would not encourage him to floor the gas peddle. Jeep Cherokee's had always been a dream car of his and when he found one for cheap he couldn't pass it up. As the 3rd owner he was somewhat high in mileage and was far from flawless, but would be a inspiration to take his exploring from small day trips to local parks to multi day trips cross country.

Knights not pretty by any means. Missing head liners, zip ties and duct tape throughout the engine bay, rusted floor boards, and dinged up body, but he is more than just a car. He's a hotel when far from home, a kitchen when its time to eat on the road, and a office when adventures start on a work day. He is just an adventure vehicle, he is Chris' home away from. With 333,350 miles on him and a brand new engine installed in 2020, Chris is determined and well on his way to fulfil his promise to get to the 1 million mile mark.
