Solo gardening the home gardens.
Work & Observations
Finished putting the back bed in the vegetable garden, and transplanted two cherry tomato plants. I also moved the last of the front red clover to outside the vegetable gardens and put one in the Tea & Herb Garden.
I put one of the Red Hot Pokers in the arch bed of the vegetable garden and transplanted the St. John's Wort to the Tea & Herb Garden. I wanted to put the golden rod in with the pollinator bed but the imported red fire ants moved to there.
Where the red clover was in front flower bed I transplanted 5 strawberry plants.
Finally I started to brick out the corner bed by the bird feeder but ran out of brick and soil. That was okay because the finch that has been visiting the garden all winter found a mate and they were trying to eat.
Two last things to note: I put in 3 more blue berry bushes up front. I did that last week but forgot to note it with the rest of the work I did on the 3rd. We also have a mating pair of Morning Doves coming to our yard for the feeder. They haven't got use to me yet so they fly off angry every time i come out but they seem to be getting more courageous.
